Polar’s DC generators:

  • Are now being installed in electric vehicles to extend their range and reduce vehicle weight.

  • They can also provide air/conditioning and heating while extending their range.

  • This application is able to use our standard product.
Using natural gas or propane to charge the electric car in the garage or carport:

  • Most homes/offices do not have sufficient electrical power required to operate the faster chargers.

  • Typically the cost to upgrade electrical service to homes and offices is greater than purchasing our generator.

  • The waste heat from the generator is free and can be used to heat the house and hot water.
